Character Building (CB) Scooby Doo, Monsters, Minifigures

Another set of non-LEGO minifigure collection. I do like the minifigures from Character Building. 

Out of 5 stars, here is my opinion of the minifigures:

Plastic quality - 4 stars.
Character Design - 4 stars.

Mr. Flyman is too cool for school.
